Summary We are seeking a dedicated Packager to join our team at Global Products Group. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging our premium gummy products while adhering to strict quality standards and FDA regulations. Your contributions will be vital in delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities Follow daily work instructions from the Lead or the Supervisor. Pack product into bottles/pouches or boxes using the proper quantities. Assemble packaging master cases. Monitors product to ensure that quality is being achieved and reports deficiencies to Line Lead or Supervisor. Clean work areas, machines, tools, and equipment. Suggest ways to control labor and supply costs as well as improve processes. Ensure that all work activities are performed with attention to the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with all appropriate legal and food safety requirements and a focus on continuous improvement. Follow all company policies & procedures as well as the GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices). Maintain a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free workplace. Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. Perform and assist in other duties as needed and directed. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is preferred. Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP practices is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
