The ideal candidate does not have to have experience, in tools, power tools, and sewing machines. Just ability to learn. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Duties Utilize hand tools and power tools for various assembly and fabrication tasks. Assist in measurement projects by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately. Operate safely to transport materials around the worksite. Use calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precision in all work performed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Participate and listen in training sessions for activities as needed. Qualifications Ability to operate scissors safely; or fabric cutter. Knowledge of using measuring tape, rulers, and for precise measurements is advantageous. Basic understanding of furniture making is a nice-to-have skill. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements.
