54th Street, Holmes Beach, FL 34217 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard area, ensuring that materials are organized and accessible, and supporting various warehouse operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and maintain yard equipment including pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and cranes. Assist in order picking and preparing materials for shipment. Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials safely within the yard. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Support loading and unloading of trucks as needed. Experience Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly with equipment such as clamp trucks. Familiarity with order picking processes and safety protocols in a warehouse environment. Experience working under the supervision of a warehouse supervisor is beneficial.
