Open Positions:

Heat Treat Operator Operate a variety of heat treat equipment Load, stage, and unload parts according to work instructions Perform quality checks and rotate through various heat treat areas to expand your skillset CNC/Manual Honing Machine Operator Run CNC and manual honing machines to achieve precise inner diameter (ID) specifications Ensure parts meet size, finish, roundness, and straightness requirements Follow control plans and part prints closely Wash Operator Prepare and wash parts using chemical solutions Remove contaminants and apply rust preventative coatings Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and rotate across departments
