Plant Operator Pay Rate:

$18/hr, paid weekly

Hours:

6pm-630am-” Swing Shift” will need to be flexible with working weekends 1 or 2 times a month. 3 days on, 3 days off, 4 days on. 2 days off and Rotate. First week of training will be on 1st shift. Responsibilities Safely perform work and adhere to all company policies related to the company Health and Safety program. Monitor and adjust plant equipment to ensure the product is consistent and free from quality defects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow established equipment operating guidelines and be able to recognize issues as they arise. Record equipment settings and product quality information on a routine basis. Walk the assigned work area and ensure equipment is performing in the correct manner. Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly. Report on condition and items in need of maintenance. Operate wheel loader and forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Physical Demands Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Must be able to do repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
