Batch Maker/ Compounder 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Miami Gardens, FL 33014 GL Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batch Maker with experience in chemical pre-weighing and batch production within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or personal care industry. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift, handling raw materials, and preparing batches according to strict quality and safety standards.
Schedule:
2:00PM- 10:30PM (open availability for overtime)

Key Responsibilities:
The Batch Maker will pre-weigh and stage chemical raw materials according to batch formulas and production schedules. Mix and blend ingredients accurately to create product batches. The Batch Maker will operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials and finished batches throughout the facility. Maintain accurate batch records and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Batch Maker will ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Communicate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of batch-making experience in a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or personal care environment. Solid experience operating a sit-down forklift ; must have or be willing to obtain forklift certification. Familiarity with handling and weighing chemical raw materials.
