Encapsulator- Operator 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33126 The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Encapsulator Operator to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area! Job Title Encapsulation Operator Position Location Doral, FL Pay/hours for position Day Shift Monday-Friday 5 am-2:30 pm Pay Rate $16-$20 per hour depending on experience Requirements of position 1. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. 2. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions. 3. A minimum of 2 years of equivalent machine operation experience, prior experience in a pharmaceutical/nutraceutical environment, familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment procedures preferred, proven knowledge of high-speed manufacturing equipment, experience with tablet presses, or encapsulation machines required. 4. Knowledge in Bosch/Syntegon3005 Machine, preferred. 5. Knowledge of Lockout/Tag out and MSDS, preferred. Responsibilities of position 1. Follow sanitary cGMP regulations before coming in contact with raw materials. 2. Set up, operate, and tend machinery and equipment to form tablets of vitamin supplements. 3. Set up, start machines, monitor their operations, test, and adjust machine speeds and actions according to product specifications and operating procedures. 4. Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, segments, scrapers, or other fixtures. 5. Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and perform routine maintenance of machines such as lubrication, calibration, adjustments, etc. 6. Ensures the quality of the finished product meets all specifications and complies with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), DEA and other regulatory and Safety requirements. 7. Measure finished tablets to verify conformance to weight specifications using scales. 8. Clean and maintain tableting machines, instruments, and work area. 9. Collect samples of the finished blend for testing. 10. Record operational and production information on specified cGMP forms. 11. Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas, using moving equipment and hand tools. 12. Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. 13. Reach target weights set by cGMP with each batch of tablets. 14. Perform maintenance on machines regularly, report any damages to the supervisor. 15. Work in shifts that are high-paced and meet deadlines. 16. Inspect machines as well as product to ensure that the product has been run correctly.
