Machine Operator Communications Advertising for GotWorX Hialeah, FL Miami, FL 33162
Machine Operator Job Objective:
Operate, supervise, and maintain injection and blow molding machines in optimal condition to ensure the efficient production of plastic bottles, meeting the company’s established standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection and blow molding machines according to technical production specifications. Start up, shut down, and adjust machines as needed, including mold changes and process parameter modifications. Move materials in accordance with production requirements. Monitor the production process, identifying and correcting deviations to ensure the final product meets quality standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of produced bottles, identifying defects and taking corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical issues. Comply with industrial safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). Adhere to the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards. Keep the work area clean and organized, following company hygiene and safety policies.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required; technical training in industrial processes or mechanics is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery (experience with injection and/or blow molding machines in the plastics industry is a plus). Ability to perform mechanical adjustments and resolve operational issues. Availability to work on weekends. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proactive attitude and ability to make quick decisions. Teamwork and strong communication skills.
