The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment in compliance with industry standards. This position requires mechanical knowledge and familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP practices to maintain product quality and safety. Responsibilities Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate hand tools and machinery to fabricate components as needed. Package finished products securely for shipment, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge with experience in operating hand tools and machinery. Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred. Experience operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required. Understanding of logic controllers and their application in the packaging process is beneficial. Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
