Description
Manufacture seeking a Production Mixer/Formulator
Shift:
3pm-2:30am Monday to Thursday
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Job Description:
- Food production mixer is responsible for mixing ingredients to produce batter according to formula.
- Carry and transport bags of ingredients weighting 50 lbs. or more from storage area to production work area.
- Weigh and mix ingredients in a mixing machine and adjust machine according to specification.
- Record information regarding ingredients and timing andmunicate with the team on batter quality and consistency.
- Understand and follow safety/Food safety (SQF)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Other responsibilities may include loading materials into mixing equipment, ensuring resultsply with specified batch requirements, and accurately scaling ingredients.
Requirements:
- Have 2 years or more of food ingredients mixing work experience
- Able to work a 10-hour work shift
- Flexible to work overtime and off days when necessary
- Carry and lift 50 lbs. or more without assistants
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Spanish speakers wee
