The ideal candidate will have a strong background in screen printing techniques and a passion for visual design. This role involves producing high-quality printed materials while collaborating with designers and clients to bring their visions to life. The Screen Printer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all printed products meet our quality standards and client expectations. Responsibilities Set up and operate screen printing equipment for various projects. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines. Monitor the printing process to ensure quality control and consistency. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in the development of production designs that align with client needs. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance production efficiency. Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in production design with a focus on print advertising. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics projects is a plus. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Familiarity with Sketchup for layout planning may be beneficial. Ability to provide art direction and collaborate effectively with team members. Photography skills are advantageous for creating original content. Illustrative skills to enhance printed materials creatively.
