Job Title Tablet Press Operator Position Location Miami, FL Pay/hours for position 1. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 2. $17 hourly, depending on experience Requirements of position 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1-2 years of experience operating tablet press machines in a cGMP-regulated facility preferred. 3. Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations related to dietary supplement manufacturing. 4. Ability to read and understand batch records, SOPs, and equipment manuals in English.

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. 5. Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and good organizational skills. 6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Responsibilities of position 1. Set up and operate tablet press machines (e.g., Fette, Stokes, Korsch) according to SOPs and batch record specifications. 2. Adjust machine settings to optimize tablet quality (weight, hardness, thickness, appearance). 3. Monitor tablet production for consistent quality and output. 4. Complete all required documentation, including batch production records, equipment logs, and cleaning records accurately and legibly. 5. oAdhere to cGMP, safety, and company policies at all times. 6. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tablet presses. 7. Disassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for changeovers or sanitization. 8. Inspect tablets for visual defects and proper specifications. 9. Communicate any deviations or mechanical issues immediately to the supervisor or QA. 10. Assist with material staging and movement (e.g., powders, granules, tablets). 11. Collaborate with other operators, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow.
