Blending Operator Position Available In Orange, Florida

Job Description:

Blending Operator Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM(including weekends and overtime)

Position Summary:

The BlendingOperator is responsible for preparing high-quality liquid dietarysupplements and drinks by accurately mixing raw materials accordingto specified formulas. Using equipment such as tanks, agitators,and pumps, the operator ensures that all batches meet qualitystandards and are ready for the next stage of production.

MinimumQualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in blending orcompounding operations High School diploma or equivalent Strongattention to detail and excellent communication skills Basic mathproficiency Strong organizational abilities

Essential JobFunctions:

Assemble and disassemble blending equipment, ensuringproper cleaning and sanitation. Perform quality checks and dailyequipment inspections to ensure proper functionality. Stage andverify raw materials for blending according to productionrequirements. Operate blending tanks and equipment to mixingredients accurately. Follow and maintain a thoroughunderstanding of blending procedures and guidelines. Complete andmaintain all required documentation accurately and in a timelymanner. Troubleshoot and assist in resolving issues related toprocesses or equipment. Provide support to other departments asneeded to meet production goals. Follow instructions from leadoperators and managers, performing additional tasks as directed.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safetyand quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strongknowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment Ability to makesound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively Commitment toteamwork and meeting production deadlines Physical ability to liftup to 75 lbs. Effective verbal and written communication skills in
