Job Title:

Cuber Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Cuber Operator to be responsible for lifting and loading blocks onto the machine line, ensuring quality control by checking blocks, and removing damaged goods. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a machine operator position over time. Responsibilities Lift and load blocks onto the machine line Perform quality control checks on blocks Remove and dispose of damaged goods Essential Skills Mechanical skills Troubleshooting abilities Proficiency with hand and power tools Experience with heavy equipment Ability to lift and load over 75 lbs Comfortable with heights and able to go up and down ladders Additional Skills & Qualifications Entry-level role Construction experience preferred Strong reliability, good attendance, and work ethic Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a dusty, dirty, and hot yard/block plant. This setting is non-climate controlled, and you will be required to wear PPE at all times, including a hard hat, ear plugs, glasses, and steel-toed boots. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for one week before transitioning to the 2nd or 3rd shift.

Shifts are as follows:

1st shift: 6 am

• 2 pm, 2nd shift: 2 pm
• 10 pm, 3rd shift: 10 pm
• 6 am. Work schedule is Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
• $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
