The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Experience in manufacturing and production environment. At least one year of experience operating a pouch-making or similar converting equipment is preferred. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain product standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including lathes and other equipment, to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Document production data and report any discrepancies or defects in a timely manner. Skills Proficiency in operating Pouch Machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with programming machinery for automated processes is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a factory setting while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
