Encapsulation Operator (2nd shift) Nestlé Health Science – 3.7 Boca Raton, FL Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications Basic math High school diploma or GED Manufacturing Leadership Entry level Full Job Description This position will work 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday – Friday. The Encapsulation Operator is responsible for all activities related to the encapsulation of the product as per formula instructions. This role is also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates encapsulation machinery independently as well as within a team environment. Matches all labels with batch records. Documents encapsulation process information as per SOP. Loads and unloads encapsulation machine. Monitors encapsulation operation periodically and report any abnormal conditions to the manager. Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance. Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Prior manufacturing experience preferred
SKILLS:
Ability to write simple correspondence Basic mathematical skills Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb, bend, etc… within a manufacturing environment Requisition
