Job Description Seeking Morning Batching Lead for production facility in New Port Richey, FL!

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift-6:30am through 4:30pm-Monday through Friday (hours may vary) Looking for full time employee who wants to work 40+ hours a week.

Job Description:

Batching Lead Role Includes:

• Batching 1000 gal batches
• combination of liquid and dry ingredients
• Maintain Quality standards and verify proper Quality Checks
• Maintain batching area cleanliness
• including COP
• Equipment Operator coverage as necessary to support production demand
• Kitting Ingredients utilizing an ERP System
• Safety
• address safety issues as they arise and mitigate any risks
• Shipping/Receiving—entry into the ERP system to maintain inventory controls
• Batching/ Production—supervise employees executing batching and production, step in as necessary.

Act as SME for process and equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to operate a pallet Jack
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must have a positive attitude Desired Skills
• Forklift certified
• Critical thinking
• Mechanical ability
