Adecco is excited to partner with a leading manufacturingpany in Clearwater, FL, to recruit for 1st Shift Assembly Operator positions. These are long-term, potential temp-to-hire opportunities for the right candidates.
Position Overview:
As a 1st Shift Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, performing hands-on tasks including masking, prepping, and cleaning small electronicponents and devices. This is an entry-level role with great potential for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive production tasks related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products.
Mask, prep, and clean parts for coating.
Follow detailed paper and electronic diagrams and work instructions.
Utilize various hand tools toplete assigned tasks.
Able to stay motivated and work well independently assisting with other duties as needed.
Pay Rate:
$17.50 per hour
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed, including some Saturdays)
Training Schedule:
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM for 1-2 weeks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (working with very small electronic parts).
Ability to lift/move materials up to 20 lbs and remain seated for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift).
Basicputer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions in English.
Strongmunication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Must be dependable, motivated, and respectful.
Prior experience with electronic or small parts assembly is preferred.
1-2 years of manufacturing experience is a plus.
