• Position Overview:

• As a 1st Shift Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, performing hands-on tasks including masking, prepping, and cleaning small electronic components and devices. This is an
• entry-level
• role with great potential for growth and advancement.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform repetitive production tasks related to the assembly of electro-mechanical products. + Mask, prep, and clean parts for coating. + Follow detailed paper and electronic diagrams and work instructions. + Utilize various hand tools to complete assigned tasks. + Able to stay motivated and work well independently assisting with other duties as needed.

• Pay Rate:

• $17.50 per hour

• Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed, including some Saturdays)

• Training Schedule:

• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM for 1-2 weeks

• Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or GED (required).

+ Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity (working with very small electronic parts). + Ability to lift/move materials up to 20 lbs and remain seated for extended periods (up to 90% of the shift). + Basic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions in English. + Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. + Must be dependable, motivated, and respectful. + Prior experience with electronic or small parts assembly is preferred. + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience is a plus.
