• Position Summary:

• As a
• 2nd Shift Assembly Operator
• , you will play an essential role in the production process by assembling, prepping, masking, and cleaning small electronic parts and components. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for those eager to gain experience and grow within the manufacturing industry—particularly in electronics and small component assembly.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Perform hands-on, repetitive tasks to assemble electro-mechanical devices.

+ Prepare, mask, and clean components in advance of the coating process. + Accurately read and follow both printed and digital diagrams and instructions. + Use hand tools and small instruments with precision and care. + Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively to maintain production goals and quality standards.

• Qualifications:

• + •High school diploma or•GED•is •required•.

+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills—ideal for working with small, delicate components. + Comfortable with sitting for most of the shift (up to 90%) and capable of lifting/moving items up to 20 lbs as needed. + Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. + Strong communication abilities and a cooperative, team-first mindset. + Reliable, self-motivated, and respectful of workplace policies and coworkers. + Previous experience in assembly, electronics, or light manufacturing is helpful, though not required. + 1-2 years of related experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus.

• Pay Rate:

• $17.50 per hour

• Shift Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays)

• Training Schedule:

• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM for the first 1-2 weeks
