Position Summary:
- As a
- 2nd Shift Assembly Operator
- , you will play an essential role in the production process by assembling, prepping, masking, and cleaning small electronic parts and components. Key Responsibilities:
- + Perform hands-on, repetitive tasks to assemble electro-mechanical devices.
+ Prepare, mask, and clean components in advance of the coating process. + Accurately read and follow both printed and digital diagrams and instructions. + Use hand tools and small instruments with precision and care. + Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively to maintain production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- + •High school diploma or•GED•is •required•.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills—ideal for working with small, delicate components. + Comfortable with sitting for most of the shift (up to 90%) and capable of lifting/moving items up to 20 lbs as needed. + Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. + Strong communication abilities and a cooperative, team-first mindset. + Reliable, self-motivated, and respectful of workplace policies and coworkers. + Previous experience in assembly, electronics, or light manufacturing is helpful, though not required. + 1-2 years of related experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus.
