Coach and lead mill operators on proper machine shop practices. Edit CNC machine manually at the controller. Run production as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

5 years of set up experience on vertical CNC mills with 4th axis rotation capability, preferably Haas mills. Proficient in the use of measuring equipment. Ability to build new tooling and fixtures, without supervision. Able to detect any issues in machines and make minor adjustments when necessary. Strong work ethic and punctuality. Possess working knowledge of cutting tools including speeds and feed. Ability to read blueprints. Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail. Able to comply with company policy and procedures, including safety, quality, and attendance. Must be able to stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Have strong understanding and knowledge of all equipment and machinery. AS 9100 awareness and adherence. TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
