K Retirement Essential Job Duties:

1. Will be responsible for the set-up/break-down of events, parties and classes. 2. Assists in performing routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas. 3. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff. 4. Will assist other Maintenance personnel, when necessary, in the completion of various projects or repairs. 5. Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. The position requires a valid Florida Driver’s License. Must successfully complete a Level II Background screening and drug test.
