Increase process efficiency by ensuring parts that do not meet standard are addressed, as well as checking the cut on the saw. Also buffing and folding parts, as well as putting molds away, when time allows. Installing new molds, as required, to complete production schedule. Correctly complete daily production orders and reports. Other duties and assignments as required. Education/Certifications High School Diploma/GED Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Intrapersonal Skills

• Self-motivated and able to identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others.

Hold a strong regard for guidelines, procedures and integrity. Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Technical — In-depth knowledge of thermoforming and making adjustments to maximize machine run time. Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and maintenance.

• This position requires basic skills (Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.) Math Skills

Duties performed in a manufacturing plant environment: can be high heat, high humidity, and airborne particles.
