What You’ll Be Doing :

We’re looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our growing team in Clearwater, Florida. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing company. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and have a knack for machinery, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Run and monitor production machines to ensure they’re working safely and efficiently Read and follow blueprints to set up machinery accurately Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to check product specs Perform regular quality checks throughout the process Help with basic machine maintenance Troubleshoot issues on the fly and work with the team to find solutions Operate welding and stamping presses when needed Support CAM programming tasks if required

What You Bring :

Strong mechanical know-how and experience working with manufacturing machines Familiarity with tools like micrometers and calipers A good understanding of quality control practices Ability to operate stamping presses and similar machines Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills A team-first attitude and good communication skills

$18.00 $20.00 per hour
