The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating machinery within a production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. Your expertise in blueprint reading and quality control will be essential in producing high-quality products. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various types of machinery, including presses and assembly line equipment. Perform setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks using tools such as micrometers to verify product specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to understand production requirements. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for precise measurements. Maintain tooling and equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
