This role offers the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing green energy industry. Operate Production Machines:

Maintain production flow by operating and monitoring machines in the solar panel cable production line.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and make necessary adjustments.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues to the maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols to help maintain a secure, hazard-free environment.

Meet Production Goals:

Work toward achieving production targets while maintaining high-quality output. Overtime is available for those interested.

Record Production Data:

Accurately log production quantities, machine settings, and maintenance records for each shift.

Working hours:

Previous machine operation of 2-4 years

Education:

High School Experience:

Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Basic troubleshooting ability with a strong aptitude for working with machinery.

Team-Oriented:

Ability to collaborate effectively and follow instructions.

Availability to work AM or PM shifts with occasional overtime.
