Job Title:

Operator-Machine (Weekend Shift)
Adecco is assisting a global leader in biomedical technology, in recruiting for Machine Operator positions in Deland, FL. This is a 6-month temp-to-hire opportunity with on-site weekend shifts and potential for long-term placement.
You’ll be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and packing products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate output and operational efficiency in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow work instructions, schematics, or verbal guidance to assemble and pack products
Perform routine production tasks, including machine operation and material handling
Record daily production output accurately
Comply with all EHS and quality policies and wear appropriate PPE
Collaborate with team leads, supervisors, and engineers to improve processes

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of manufacturing experience
Basic math and readingprehension skills
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Ability tomunicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Sound judgment and decision-making ability

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift
Steady manual dexterity for operating equipment
Must reside locally and be available for weekend shifts
May be asked to train during the week (please do not if you already work full-time weekdays)

Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay Details:

$18.20 per hour
