Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for accounts Operator Machine Mid Level jobs. This is a temp to hire opportunity in Deland, Florida.
The mid-level associate’s responsibilities include operating equipment to produceplexponents based on blues or work instructions. Key responsibilities/essential functions include reading and following work procedures, operating and setting up equipment, and following instructions regarding duties to be performed. Records daily output. Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures including wearing required PPE. Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment to produceplexponents based on blues or work instructions.
Read and follow work procedures, set up equipment, and record daily output.
Follow EHS and Quality policies, including wearing required PPE.
Work with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High School Diploma/GED and 2 years ofplex manufacturing experience.
Ability to troubleshoot machinery; mechanical assembly or CNC experience helpful.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability tomunicate and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods.
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to make decisions with sound judgment

Pay Details:

$18.50 per hour
