Do you enjoy working on a smaller team and leading individuals to reach their fullest potential? Do you have production machine operation experience? Our client in Winder may be looking for someone like you to join their team. This candidate needs to be Forklift Certified, as well as have at least 3-5 years of production machine operation experience. Must work well with others and have the ability to lead/supervise other machine operators on the team, keeping production running, etc.

salary:

$18 – $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities This is a hands-on lead/supervisory role. Looking for someone that is able to run production/wood cutting machinery, as well as supervise 6-8 other machine operators in the shop. Must be Forklift Certified. Must be good with measuring/math skills and be able to read a tape measure down to 1/10 of an inch! Ideally looking for someone that can lead and supervise others, keep production running, and also run machinery as needed. The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time Skills
Machine Operation (2 years of experience is required)
