We are seeking Machine Operators that will work as part of a team responsible for the manufacture and shipping of high end luxury carpets. The position is responsible for all aspects of the process that include: Preparation, Tufting, Finishing, Quality Inspections, Packaging and Machine Maintenance. Job Duties Placement of primary backing Calibrate equipment and initiate machine setup Carpet tufting and quality verification Identify and correct production issues Application of latex and latex backing Shearing Quality Inspection Packaging Housekeeping Requirements Excellent attendance, work ethic and stable work history Safety compliance Tufting experience preferred Hands on skills with ability to fine tune and adjust equipment Must be able to read a metric tape measure Must be able to use small hand tools Proactively identify and resolve production issues Mechanically inclined to perform equipment adjustments and calibration Basic computer entry skills Excellent Housekeeping Skills Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Must be able to work with latex We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
