Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding, robotic, and painting equipment
Perform part inspections and quality checks
Accurately complete hourly output and QA documentation
Maintain a clean, safe work environment (5S compliance)
Support team by rotating through various facility tasks
Use resources efficiently and follow procedures

Requirements:

Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure
Must lift up to 20 lbs and climb ladders as needed
Comfortable working extended hours and in variable temperatures
