Full-Time Schedule:
3 days one week (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 4 days the next week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)2nd shift hours 10:00am-Close (typically around 11:00pm)10-12 hour shifts As Head Mixer, you will be helping create perfect and delicious little donuts for our customers by:
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Training Support the training and onboarding of new mixers Serve as a resource to others by demonstrating proper technique and best practices. Team & Workplace Expectations Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Work cooperatively with others and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment. Mix Accuracy & Efficiency Follow batch instructions precisely, ensuring correct mix ratios, timings, and ingredients. Adjust water levels and water temps and other parameters as needed based on real-time product and process conditions. Monitor and control ingredient usage to minimize waste and control costs. Decision-Making & Problem Solving Make informed adjustments during production to maintain quality and consistency. Identify and escalate issues to leadership that may impact product quality or team safety. Record Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date mixing logs, usage reports, and other required documentation. Report any discrepancies in product output or ingredient levels. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company policies. Report any unsafe conditions or near-misses to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production or mixing role preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to make independent decisions based on changing production conditions Basic math and measurement skills Strong communication skills and willingness to train others Must be able to lift 50 Pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying environmental conditions The work conditions: Possible exposure to nut, dairy or other food allergensThe position requires the employee to communicate regularly by speaking and listeningThe employee is frequently required to stand for a prolonged period of timeUse of hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and armsMust be able to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb ladders to various heightsLifting and or moving items up to 50 poundsPossibility of exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrationsSafety glasses, respiratory mask, and ear protection are provided as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
