The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with heavy lifting and has experience in materials handling. The Operator will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall productivity and safety of our operations. Duties Operate forklifts/clamps. Perform order picking and materials handling to ensure timely shipping and receiving of products. Build and assemble products as required, adhering to safety guidelines and operational standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as needed, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Previous experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
