Description
Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill 1st shift Mixer positions in Kennesaw, GA. As a Mixer you will be responsible for setting and monitoring blends, mixes, and dry ingredients for recipes, and packaging/transporting liquids used in creating polymer materials in compounds. if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities for this Mixer job include:

• Strictly promote and comply with all safety rules and guidelines
• Verify quality for blends, mixes, and dry ingredients for recipes
• Ensures/Monitors proper process for packaging and transporting liquids
• Understands and follows standard safety and inventory practices
• Perform audits for quality and organization, escalating damages to supervisors
• Experience Mixing chemicals on an industrial scale
• Operates forklift to load/unload shipments to designated area(s)

Shifts:

1st shift: 5:00 AM

• 3:30 PM, Monday
• Thursday with Mandatory Overtime

Pay:

1st: $20/Hour

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must maintain communication with leads and supervisors on shift
• Experience Mixing chemicals on an industrial scale
• Maintain an orderly and clean workstation
• Good knowledge of material, methods, tools, and equipment
• Experience with SAP systems and Forklift Certified
• Follow oral and written instructions with accuracy
• Maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards
• Ability to work carefully, consistently, and react quickly
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
• Must complete background and drug screen
