Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mixer Specialty Coating

• 1st Shift to join their team.

As a Mixer Specialty Coating, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$20 per hour
What’s the Job?
Set up, start, and run all machinery, ensuring adherence to operating and safety procedures.
Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specifications and insert them into machinery.
Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
Document work completed as required, including logs and data reports.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in mixing/blending, pharmaceutical, industrial food, colorants, or additives environment is strongly preferred.
1 year of Forklift Experience.
Demonstrated abilities in prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
