The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged according to company standards and regulatory guidelines. Duties Operate hand tools and machinery for packaging and assembly tasks. Fabricate packaging materials as needed to meet production requirements. Utilize logic controllers to monitor and adjust packaging processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency. Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely. Experience with logic controllers is advantageous. Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
