Extrusion Machie Operator Bilingual in Spanish/English Crespac Inc. 4750 Hugh Howell Road, Tucker, GA 30084 Job Overview Plastics manufacturing company located in the Tucker area has immediate need of Extruder Machine Operators with forklift driving experience. Experience in PET sheet extrusion process is specifically desired however at least 2+ years of experience in ANY manufacturing environment operating equipment will be considered. Spanish speaking is required, and English is not mandatory, but it is a plus. All of our training and support staff are bilingual in Spanish/English Position requirements include, but are not limited to: ~Processing manufacturing equipment to ensure appropriate sheet quality and thickness gauging ~Troubleshooting equipment for mechanical or electrical problems to report to maintenance ~Basic understanding of mechanical processes (pneumatic, hydraulic) ~Evaluating material quality and composition intended for use in the manufacturing process ~Operating a standard warehouse forklift ~Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment ~Evaluating material quality and composition intended for use in the manufacturing process ~Referencing and adhering to specification sheets for each product produced ~Starting up, running and troubleshooting equipment with the guidance of machine operators ~Palletizing and processing finished product ~Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed The company is well established and has been in operation for over 30 years. The position will pay competitively (depending on qualifications) and offer medical and dental coverage. Shifts are rotating, 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next week, and so on.
