Responsibilities Operate & monitor multiple Press Machines as assigned Must meet required Production goals and quotas Proper setup, Operation and Maintenance of equipment with progressive dies Must be able to do light Maintenance as required on Machines and dies. Ability to balance safety, quality & efficiency Accurately capture and record necessary operating data Following established methods and procedures to produce material to specification Assisting in regular cleaning and preventative equipment maintenance activities as directed Communicate quality and product process issues between work groups Perform duties with a goal to continuously improve quality and productivity Demonstrate strong Safety, Quality and Customer focus Must have excellent reading and math skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time in extreme heat and cold Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must have own transportation (public transportation not available for all shifts) Must have 2 years prior experience with Press Machine Operation Must pass Background, Drug Screen and 75# Lifting/Back Strength Evaluation Must have Valid ID for I-9 Verification High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be able to lift 75 pounds
