Job Description
Your mission: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures as required
Understand the Job Safety Analysis and Energy Safe Procedures for your position and machine
Be able to accurately read and interpret the Plant Order form
Be able to thoroughly and accurately review tubed bags checking against specifications as listed on the Plant Order form
Monitor quality of production throughout run and keep operator informed of the status of the process
Be able to operate slide angle machines and perform required specific testing for regular and specialty production orders
Be able to accurately complete forms documenting test results as well as other record keeping information as required
Be able to reclaim tubes or bags (manually repair defective product)
Assists Operator in the safe and efficient operation of the machine
Inspectors should be able to perform the relief and fill in duties for General Labor employees as needed
Must possess basic math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions Your profile: Must be capable of lifting 25 pounds
