Assembly Worker Wangs Alliance Corp 1600 Distribution Court, Lithia Springs, GA 30122

Description:

Assembly of lighting fixtures and fixture components with small hand tools. Label, count and package products. Responsibilities for assembler roles include but are not limited to: Basic to complex assembly of lighting fixtures weighing less than 15 lbs. Use of hand tools such as power assisted screwdriver and socket wrench. May require wiping down and inspecting parts. Disassembly of returned units Report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Verify quantity of components, counting and verification of box amounts Trouble shoot and inspection of goods Applying UL and daycode labels to finished goods

Requirements:

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repeat tasks Able to work independently and with others Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods Ability to use small hand held power assisted tools Maintain sufficient levels of supplies by ordering through the Supervisor Assist with year-end inventory audit Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and the facility.
