compensation: $30 to $35 an hour depending on experience and if you hold insurance We are currently seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. Must have 3+ years of maintenance and/or repair work such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, paint and general handyman duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and facilities
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems
• Perform carpentry and painting tasks
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
