Duties for the position include and are not limited to: Placement of primary backing Calibrate equipment and initiate machine setup Carpet tufting and quality verification Identify and correct production issues Application of latex and latex backing Finishing Shearing Quality Inspection Packaging Housekeeping Requirements for the position include and are not limited to: Strong work ethic and excellence attendance Experienced tufting machine operation skills Perseverance and dedication to overcome challenges Manual dexterity to make fine tune adjustments and use small hand tools Ability read a metric tape measure Adept with tools to perform equipment adjustments and calibrations Basic computer entry skills Excellent housekeeping practices Must be able to work with latex Reliable transportation
