CP&P is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join the team at our Rincon, GA pipe plant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely operating and maintaining a Besser machine to produce high-quality concrete pipe products.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent quality and production output Perform pre-shift inspections and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed Work closely with team members to meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards Keep your work area clean and organized to support a safe and efficient operation

What You Bring:

Previous experience operating Besser or similar concrete manufacturing equipment A strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow established processes

What You Need:

A high school diploma or GED U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Typical Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods

Physical Demands:

Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping Lifting (up to 50 lbs.) Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
