Rough-In Crew:
10 days on, 4 days off (day shifts; travel on Day 1 and Day 10).
Tie-In Crew:
Monday-Friday, with night shifts on Wednesday and Thursday (travel on Monday and Friday).
What You’ll Do:
Work on generator installation projects during both rough-in and tie-in phases. Prepare jobsites, build forms, lay sub-bases, and pour/finish concrete pads. Excavate trenches, install conduit, backfill, and set gear, including generators and switchgear. Pull large cables and assist with electrical hookups. Operate equipment like telehandlers, skid steers, and mini excavators (if trained). Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
