Machine Adjuster 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 1720 Knox Bridge Crossing Rd, Lavonia, GA 30553 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Adjuster to join our team. The Machine Adjuster sets up, adjusts, and repairs production machines. Ensures machines are running correctly and efficiently; ensures product meets job requirements. Checks all machine guards and safety mechanisms are in place and are effective. Inspects for quality during all phases of production. Responsibilities Works closely with production team to meet production and quality goals. Sets up multiple machines for operation. Makes necessary adjustments, machine speed, minimizes down time. Assists Machine Operator in maintaining quality control and production requirements. Keeps daily maintenance records and maintains factory machine settings. Maintains and repairs machines including disassembly and re-assembly, lubrication, cleaning, inspection, preventative maintenance, and detection of damage. Experience Proven experience working with robotic welding machines.
