BASIC PURPOSE:

Responsible for managingvarious printing and mailing tasks within the organization.

Involves operating printing and finishing equipment, ensuring theaccurate production of printed materials, and assist with the mailand shipping services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Operate and maintain various printing equipment, includingdigital printing presses, wide format printers, copiers, scanners,CNC machine, envelope printer, and bindery equipment. Ensures the high-quality printing of documents, ensuringcolors, formatting, and content are accurate and consistent. Troubleshoot and address technical issues with printingequipment promptly. Maintains accurate records of printing and mailing activities,including costs, quantities, and deadlines with the PrintSmith andSendPro systems. Inspects completed print requests to ensure accurate quantityand quality. Review and prepare documents for printing, includingformatting, collating, and organizing materials as necessary. Assists in packaging printed materials for internal andexternal distribution and mailing. Cuts, folds, scores, collates, stitches, tabs, and laminatesprinted materials. Cleans and maintains copiers, presses, other equipment, andproduction and storage areas. Places service calls when needed for presses and otherequipment. Maintain an inventory of printing supplies, including paper,ink, toner and reorder as necessary.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIESDrivesthe Bank’s vehicles for pickups and deliveries, and to transportexecutive management and Bank employees to variouslocations.

Assists with the processing of the Bank and tenant mail,packages, and courier shipments.

Assists with meeting roomset-ups.

Maintains a clean area to assure proper maintenance andaccountability for all items in Print and Mail storage areas.

Handleconfidential documents with discretion and ensure datasecurity.

PRIMARY PHYSICALACTIVITIESThe primary physical activities of the job include doingthe following for over two-thirds of the time: Remaining in a stationary position Using hands to finger, handle, or feel (such as sorting mailand preparing outgoing packages) Reaching with hands and arms Lifting up to 50 poundsThe secondary physical activities of thejob include doing the following for one-third to two-thirds of thetime: Stooping, kneeling, and crouching Walking/traversing throughout the Bank’s 11 floors andbasement Lifting up to 100 poundsThe visual demands of the job includethe following: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors) Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seenup and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on agiven point) Depth perception (three-dimensional vision) Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring anobject into sharp focus)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Extensive knowledge of the operation and maintenance ofprinting techniques and equipment. Ability to work overtime with little advance notice. Must be organized, able to handle multiple taskssimultaneously, and have the ability to meet deadlines byreprioritizing workflow and remaining flexible. Timely and excellent verbal and written communicationskills. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills tosmoothly interact with various levels of vendors andcustomers. A valid State of Georgia driver’s license and the ability todrive Bank vehicles.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Two years oftechnical/college education and five to seven years of printing andrelated bindery equipment experience, or the equivalent combinationof education and experience.
