The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and experience with embroidery machines. This role involves fabricating and assembling various textile products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Duties Fabricate and assemble garments according to specifications and design requirements. Operate embroidery machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used in the fabrication process. Skills Proficient in operating embroidery machines with a strong understanding of garment construction techniques. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to fabricate various textile products while adhering to quality standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
