In a Bindery Associates job you’ll be responsible for: Having operational knowledge print finishing and bindery equipment that might include cutters, laminators, folders, padder, die cutters, i-cut, shrink wrapper, slitter, sheeter and more. Reading job tickets thoroughly and interpreting before starting the job task and understand the job task. Finishing each printed piece of material within QC requirements Storing all materials in a manner that promotes cleanliness. What you’ll need: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
