The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the finishing process of printed materials, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are prepared for delivery. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with various production equipment. Duties Operates Folder/Gluer Machine to develop end-result printed packaging material in accordance with customer specifications: Operate and adjust gluer machine, troubleshoot and monitor operation. Prepares gluer by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by precise control of feeding, take over and inverting of batches of blanks, setting automatic loading and constant blank heights maintaining steady and precise feeding at all speeds making adjustments as needed to exceed customer expectation. By performing a variety of make ready tasks utilizing quick and easy settings for high productivity and precision operations, resolves any defects and adjustments to produce high quality product. Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality. Experience High School diploma (or GED). Minimum of 3 years of Folder/Gluer equipment operation within the food packaging industry. Must have interpersonal and communication skills. Must possess basic computer skills and mathematical skills necessary to compute percentages, weights and measures.
