The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and production timelines. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Duties Operate and monitor laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC, and press brake machines to ensure efficient production processes. Perform assembly tasks as needed, utilizing hand tools and machinery effectively. Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine machine setup and operational requirements. Conduct routine maintenance on machines, identifying any potential issues or malfunctions. Utilize cranes for the safe movement of materials and products within the production area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in operating various machinery including CNC, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and press brake machines. Familiarity with blueprint reading and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately. Experience using hand tools and cranes safely in an industrial setting is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
